Returns & exchanges

Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

How it works

Email hello@boundingbox.store with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrived damaged or incorrect, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it in full, no return shipping required.
